​To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, we have developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Phoenix Arts' goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 (and all illnesses) in our workplaces and communities, and that requires full cooperation from everyone.
Our staff is responsible for implementing and complying with all aspects of this COVID-19 Preparedness Plan.
Phoenix Arts staff have our full support in enforcing the provisions of this policy.

This guidance will be updated as information is released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Pennsylvania Department of Health guidelines, and OSHA Standards related to COVID-19.
Phoenix Arts PANDEMIC REOPENING GUIDANCE
​The plan addresses:
• hygiene and respiratory etiquette.
• engineering and administrative controls for social distancing.
• cleaning, disinfecting, decontamination, and ventilation.
• prompt identification and isolation of sick persons.
• communications and training that will be provided to our staff
• protection and controls for dancer pick-up and drop-off
Prior to the start of practices, parents should take time to talk to their child about COVID-19 and what changes to expect at Phoenix Arts.
Provide information that is truthful and appropriate for the age and developmental level of the child.
Practice habits at home that will help prepare your child for following new guidelines in public.
*Masks are required for all dancers.
*Our staff (including our assistants) are all fully vaccinated.
*Parents will continue to not be allowed in our indoor dance studio unless for bathroom use.
*Parents must only drop off or pick up outside our door.
