Adult Ballet – 4 Week Session 🩰

Take time for yourself this fall with our 4-week Adult Ballet Session at Phoenix Arts! Whether you're returning to ballet after years away or stepping into the studio for the very first time, this welcoming class is designed for all experience levels.

Led by Hailey, you'll build strength, improve flexibility and posture, increase balance, and learn beautiful ballet fundamentals in a supportive, encouraging environment. This class is the perfect way to stay active, reduce stress, and rediscover the joy of dance—without the pressure of a performance.
