About the event
Our Yoga & Me class is offered weekly on Thursdays at 10:30am for 4 weeks. You (or your friend) and child (or just your child) will learn the basics of vinyasa flow. We will focus on breathing, strength, and relaxation in this flexible 45 minute session.
